The Shell is the new cocktail bar of the Hotel des Grands Boulevards. This tiny bar is covered with carmine red from floor to ceiling ! The counter is all in rough brass metal. The cocktail list from Maxime Potfer offers some low ABV cocktails / classic cocktails / no ABV cocktails ! 

At the entrance a giant plaster shell, and some brass shell sconces inside the bar are a little wink to the rocaille, dear to Marie Antoinette, as the building was built just before the french Revolution.
